What you'll do

As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you’ll help our clients design and implement marketing automation frameworks that improve customer engagement and streamline processes. You’ll work across various industries, tailoring strategies to fit unique business needs and ensuring our clients see measurable results from their marketing efforts.

  • Develop strategies: Work closely with clients to understand their goals and design customized marketing automation solutions that align with their business objectives.

  • Build campaigns: Set up, optimize, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools.

  • Optimize CRM systems: Support clients with CRM workflows, content, lead management, and data integrations to ensure smooth operations.

  • Analyze customer journeys: Map out and refine customer journeys to drive better engagement, higher conversions, and stronger customer retention.

  • Report and improve: Create detailed reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with teams: Work alongside sales and marketing teams to align strategies and create seamless lead-nurturing processes.

Experience you'll bring

We’re looking for someone with a balance of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow.

  • Experience: 2-4 years in marketing automation, CRM management, or a similar role.

  • Tech skills: Proficiency with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Klaviyo, and a solid understanding of CRM systems, lead scoring, and sales enablement.

  • Analytical mindset: Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Customer-centric: A deep understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing.

  • Collaboration skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
